RETURN POLICY

Sometimes things don’t quite work out. We understand and in the unfortunate circumstance that you need to return your Gameday Social gear, we’ll make it easy. All unworn, unaltered clothing with the original invoice can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Customer will have to pay return shipping, which will be $8.00. This amount will be deducted from your refund.  All returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your shipping label. 

·        We do not offer returns for can coolers, hats, bag straps or bodysuits. 

·        Shipping charges are not refundable.

·        Orders may not be canceled after your order has been placed.

If you would like to initiate a return, please email info@gameday-social.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will get back to you and let you know the next necessary steps to return your item(s).

*Return policy may change if we have an exclusive item and or drop. Some items are made to order, and are extremely limited. On our items that are made to order, if you order the wrong size, you will have to pay again to get your correct size due to our manufacturing process. Please refer to our sizing measurements to ensure you order the right size.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, you must return the unwanted items and place a new order for the wanted items. Please see our Return Policy above for instructions on the return process.
