Q: WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

A: Sometimes things don’t quite work out. We understand and if you would like to return or exchange your Gameday Social gear, we’ll make it easy. Item(s) must be in an unworn, unaltered condition with the original tag and invoice.

Return your item(s) up to 14 days from order fulfillment. You will receive a full refund minus the $8 return shipping charge. All returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your shipping label.

Exchange your item(s) up to 14 days from order fulfillment. Please use the exchange portal to select a different size of the same product. All exchanges include a $5 handling fee. Item(s) to be returned must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your shipping label.

- We do not offer returns/exchanges for can coolers, hats, bag straps, or bodysuits.
- Sales items cannot be returned or refunded.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Orders/Exchanges may not be canceled after your order has been placed.

*Return policy may change if we have an exclusive item and/or drop. Some items are made to order, and are extremely limited. On our items that are made to order, if you order the wrong size, you will have to pay again to get your correct size due to our manufacturing process. Please refer to our sizing measurements to ensure you order the right size.*

Q: WHAT IF MY ITEM GETS LOST IN THE MAIL?

A: We are so sorry to hear this. We recommend reaching out to the carrier first for assistance in locating your lost package. If you are unable to get assistance from the carrier, please reach out to us and we will help you.

Q: WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

A: Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once it is submitted. We recommend waiting for your order to come, and then returning the item(s).

Q: WHAT IF I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE?

A: We are sorry to hear this. Once the order is placed, we are unable to edit the order or add a discount code. We recommend using that discount code on your next order.
